Background & Purpose

Process: Culture and values are shared, decided, and communicated. We do have a very supportive, appreciative and independent culture, which has on the one hand the advantage that each person can work in a creative, entrepreneurial, self-realizing and independent way and on the other hand the disadvantage that it is sometimes difficult to sharpen the organisation cultural profile. Our values are human oriented, excited by action, visionary, open, authentic.

Outcomes: Culture and values are clear, better staff alignment.
