Background & Purpose

How do we make sure things get done when tasks are self-assigned, working in teams with flat structure combined with fixed deadlines? What’s beyond the carrot/stick extrinsic motivator to get things done? We created and remind ourselves of this practice in times of high workload, uneven feelings of commitment among the team or when a conflict arises.
